Shakeology Cleanse Day 2

I feel really great!!! I feel like I'm getting enough to eat and I feel energized! I've been drinking so much water I'm always on the toilet :) It doesn't flush you out to the point where you can even leave tour house though. I've noticed since doing  this that I eat too much when I'm bored. It's something to do, but today I was sitting on the couch and I felt the urge to get something and ruin my cleanse :) Then I stopped and asked myself, "Am I really hungry, or am I just bored"? All this while I was folding laundry, so yeah....I was bored :) but I never FELT hungry, so I just kept folding laundry.
I'm excited for tomorrow, it's my last day, but I just want to keep eating well. I'll be all ready to start my next program :)
Worked out but not heavily as I am not consuming very many calories

Skinny Zucchini Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins!!!

Sometimes it's hard to find yummy, healthy recipes. When I find these, it's like finding GOLD!!! I love trying new recipes, especially when they are DELICIOUS!!!! Which these are! They're great for a snack just make sure you refrigerate them :)

HAPPY EATING!!!!

1 1/2 C. whole wheat pastry flour ( I used whole wheat flour)
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 small to medium bananas, mashed
1 tsp. melted coconut oil
1/4 C. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites
1 C. shredded zucchini (about 1 medium zucchini)
2 TBSP. unsweetened applesauce
1/3 C. nonfat plain greek yogurt
1/2 C. mini or regular chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line 12 cup muffin tin with cupcake liners and spray inside of liners with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Squeeze shredded zucchini of excess water with paper towel! This is an important step.
3. In medium bow combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon; set aside.
4. In bowl of an electric mixer, add mashed banana, oil. honey, vanilla and eggs; mix until smooth. Add in zucchini, applesauce, and yogurt and beat again until well combined. Slowly mix in dry ingredients just until combined. Remember not to over mix the batter--we want moist muffins! Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
5. Evenly divide batter into muffin cups. The batter will probably reach the top of each muffin liner, but that's okay--we're making big muffins! Alternatively you can reduce the size and bake 15 muffins. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Enjoy!

My Story

On June 4, 2012 I gave birth to my fourth child. As soon as I got the O.K from my midwife, I got myself to the gym!!! William (my baby) would wake up for his 4am feeding, I would get him all squared away, and then I would get up and go to the gym. I worked my butt of for months, I was even trying really hard to eat well. Why was I not seeing any results? I was so discouraged and frustrated! I remember being on facebook one day and saw a picture of one of my friends. She looked great! So I messaged her and asked her what she was doing.

She told me that was doing Beachbody and Shakeology. I knew about Beachbody, the first program I had ever done was Slim in 6 back in 2005 and went from a size 10 to a size 4. But I didn't know about Shakeology. She told me about this fitness challenge group she was hosting online and invited me to join. Well all I had was Slim in 6 and P90X. Yeah right! like I was going to try and bust out P90X!!! Well my friend....now beachbody coach told to me to not be intimated by it and to just do it!

Well I did it, and I KILLED it!!! I totally got great results. After working my butt off, I and seeing how it payed off, I wanted to pay it forward. I became a Beachbody coach February 11, 2014 and I have been loving! I get to help others their fitness goals! I know these BB programs and shakeology work, but you HAVE to be committed!!! These challenge groups are so much fun, and the support and motivation you get is so important to helping you achieve those goals!!! So here I am now a Beachbody coach hosting my first challenge group, and I'm loving it!
